Our community guidelines help to enhance and enrich the experiences of all guests and staff.
AKA – How We All Have a Good Time Together
Classes are best without dings, buzzes, or scrolling thumbs. Please keep phones and smartwatches silent and tucked away. Chargers are in the cubbies and we recommend letting your phone re-charge while you’re in class.
We get it, life happens. But if you sign up, please plan to stay until the end. Slipping out early distracts your teacher and your neighbours on the mat. If you feel unwell or there’s an emergency, of course you can step out.
We’re all about planning ahead! Everyone needs an online profile, signed waiver, and a pass or membership before arriving. Many of our classes fill up, so save your spot before you head over.
These classes are like a quiet movie—once it starts, late arrivals break the magic. Doors close right on time.
If you’re running late, you might find the doors locked. Our teachers need to start on time for everyone’s benefit.
Plans changed? Cancel at least 3 hours before class start time through your online account. Front desk, phone, or email cancellations aren’t accepted. Late cancels and no-shows get an automatic $10 fee.
Whether it’s at the desk, in an email, or in person, kindness is the vibe. Rude or abusive behaviour has no place here.
Our regular classes are for guests aged 15 and up. Kids’ classes (when offered) are listed under Workshops/Events.
All passes, memberships, gift cards, merchandise, and trainings are final sale. Please choose carefully.
Passes and memberships are only valid at the location where you bought them. There are no transfers or cross-studio use.
We don’t have a ringing phone (yoga + phone rings = bad match). All questions go to citycentre@poweryogacanada.com.
Our lobby is for members taking class. Friends and family can cheer you on from home. Please don’t invite people to wait in the lobby for you.
We love your eco-ride, but it needs to be locked outside.
Feel free to linger and chat after class, but we close 30 minutes after most of our classes and lock our doors between classes.
If you’re on the waitlist, you might get into class anytime up to one hour before the start time. You can cancel from the waitlist with no penalty, unless you’ve been added to class, then normal cancel rules apply.
Left something behind? We keep it until the last day of the month, then donate it to charity.
Our community guidelines aren’t just rules; they embody the way we choose to show up for each other both on and off the mat. Our shared values unite us, and create a space where growth, trust, and connection can flourish together.
We build a container where transformation happens. These aren’t just ideals, they guide how we teach, assist, lead, and support one another inside every studio, classroom, and community event.
