Power vinyasa yoga is a flow class, where movement is linked to ujjayi breath. You will sweat, build strength, and balance. Power yoga is a full body practice that will leave you feeling empowered and transformed.
Expect the class to have a consistent pace and to feel challenging.
Variations of this class: Power Yoga Jam includes upbeat popular music. Power Yoga with Music includes slower music which may be more instrumental or moody.
A vinyasa flow class that moves slower, holds postures for longer, and includes more emphasis on hip mobility and movement. The use of blocks and straps is encouraged to create more space to hold, breathe, and find space in the poses. We practice ujjayin breath. Deep Flow is our most popular class – it often sells out.
This is a low-lit class, taught to music. It is good for beginners to hot yoga and can still be challenging for all.
This is a modified flow class. We use blocks and straps to support the practice and take our original power yoga class down to a gentler experience. Ujjayi breath is practiced. This class can be pre-natal friendly. Please notify the instructor of your condition to ensure the class is accessible and modifications can be provided.
This class is good for beginners. This class may be taught to music.
This class blends our power vinyasa yoga sequence with a HIIT kettlebell session. Kettlebells of varied weight are available for class or bring your own. Pick a heavy weight to build strength. This class will be challenging and rewarding. This class is taught to upbeat music.
This is a mat-based class where poses are held from 3-5 minutes, to target bones, joints, and connective tissue. Relax your muscles into a deep stretch and hold still for time. Yin is best practiced unheated. Please wear layers to class for your comfort as yin can cool the body down.
